Pricing:

Start-Up Fee:

500 €

advance payment, which covers the time and effort spent on property searches, viewings, consultations, travel, and more. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.

Service Fee:

Equivalent to 1 month’s rent

The remaining amount (-500€ of start-up fee) is paid only after a successful deal closure and the signing of the rental contract.

Important: Even if you find a property on your own, I’ll still be here to support you with negotiations, scheduling visits, and providing full legal assistance. My commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful process remains the same, and the overall service fee will not change.
